1. How many quotations/suppliers can I request?
You can request unlimited quotations for free. Just let me know what you need, your requirements and your QTY.
2. Do you have a MOQ requirement?
We are small-business friendly. We don’t require a minimum order quantity that you need to fulfill with us, nor a monthly minimum pick & pack fee.
3. If I need sample from manufacturer, how to do?
4. How long does it take to source a product?
The time it takes to prepare a quote depends highly on the product itself. We typically respond in 24 business hours, but sometimes it may take longer, and we may reach out for additional questions.
The reason sometimes we take longer is that for every product we call the factory (rather than just source on Alibaba) to verify it and ensure the best quality of the products that we are sourcing.
5. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are variable in nature, based on weight, dimensions, destination, service, and more. (Let me know if you have you own forwarder. )Each quote is customized to give you the most accurate rates possible, and takes product type (e.g., liquid product, internal-battery product), volume, and other factors into account.
6. How do you ensure the quality and compliance of sourced goods?
We conduct rigorous supplier screening and quality control, including factory visits, product inspections, and production process monitoring.
7. What types of goods can be sourced?
We can assist in sourcing many types of commodities, including but not limited to apparel, steel products, solar products, ceramic tiles and more. Please contact our client service for more information.
8. What is the process of paying for sourced goods?
Usually a deposit is required to start the production process, and the balance is paid after the production is completed and passes our qualityinspection.
9. What are the payment methods?
We offer a range of secure payment options to accommodate your preferences:
- Bank Transfer: Direct payments to our bank account.
- Letter of Credit: Ensuring secure transactions through a financial institution.
- Credit Card: Convenient payments using major credit cards.
- PayPal: Easy and secure online transactions through PayPal.
10. What is cost for the whole service?
There are two options for these.
- 1) For the bulk orders, 6-8% based on the whole order. If the order amount is under 1000US dollars, the min $150.
- 2) For the drop shipping orders, $1.5 per order, each day order’s quantity should be above 50PCS.
